Role Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support front of house with maintaining overall cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bussing tables.

  • Food run and prep condiments/sauces

  • Support bartenders with behind-the-bar duties as needed, including stocking glasses, filling ice and refilling garnishes

  • Maintain floor cleanliness throughout dinner service

  • Maintain restroom cleanliness and restock all bathroom products

  • Stock all clean dishes to assigned areas

  • Trash removal 

  • Perform opening, closing, and additional duties as assigned by the management team

  • Rooftop food service
