Role Responsibilities and Duties
Greet patrons, take orders, serve/educate and create a relationship with guests, take and process payment.Â
Be able to keep organized with tickets, table numbers and seating rotation for food delivery.Â
Maintain a high performance of service and courtesy
Satisfy guest complaints promptly and politely
Be fully versed in food, wine and bar menus to educate and guide the guest through the dining experienceÂ
Be able to stock and clean your section
Be able to lift 30-40 pounds
Perform opening, closing, and additional duties as assigned by the management team
About the Role
During the training process, you will be expected to learn, understand and perform all duties assigned to you by the management team. Working knowledge and service of menu items and the ability to use good tact, good manners, and mature judgment in dealing with guests in all situations is imperative. Previous server experience and knowledge of Toast is a plus, but not required. Food Handlers certification will be required before you are allowed to serve.

Uniform Code
We want you to look as sparkling as your workplace! Present yourself in a neat, clean, and professional manner. Uniform to be self-provided and follow Blanc standards. Apron, pens, and wine key will be provided.
