Role Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to take direction from the Sous Chefs
Prepare and cook menu items according to all recipe books and in cooperation with the rest of the staff
Ensure that dishes come out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Set up all necessary supplies
Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Ability to work with speed and efficiency and fortitude to work in a fast-paced environment
Perform opening, closing, and additional duties as assigned by the management team
Ability to give directions and train new employees how to prepare, plate and expo all menu items
Ability to train to do all stations in the kitchen. Line, fry, salad/cheese/charcutrie, expo and prep when needed
Be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
About the Role
During the training process, you will be expected to learn, understand and perform all duties assigned to you by the management team. An understanding of cooking skills, knife handling, and safety is imperative. Previous cook experience is a plus, but not required. Food Handlers certification will be required before you are allowed to cook.

We want you to look as sparkling as your workplace! Present yourself in a neat, clean, and professional manner. You will be provided with a Blanc T- Shirt and apron. Please wear this for each shift with non-slip shoes. We suggest chef pants or any pants you feel comfortable in.
